Let’s Be Real San Francisco Press Conference

/Let’s Be Real San Francisco Press Conference

As previously announced, a ballot committee has been formed to address the “flavor ban” ordinance in San Francisco to force a public referendum. For details on what this means, please check our Q&A. Since that announcement, signature gathering has started in order to get the nearly 20,000 required signatures to file. As of today, that goal has been accomplished!

Not Blowing Smoke will continue to spearhead the fight against California’s local flavor bans along with a wider coalition of consumer, industry, and small business partners. Only July 31st at 11:00 AM Pacific, the referendum filing will be completed and a press conference will take place in front of the San Francisco City Hall.

Because this event is an important media opportunity, we are asking vapor industry stakeholders, vapers and other supporters of our efforts to join us as part of the press conference. Bring your friends, employees, family, and anyone else who believes San Francisco needs to Be Real about harm reduction and vapor products. Together, we will be seen and more importantly heard not only by the city, but by many others who may attempt to outlaw vapor products. Stefan Didak, president of Not Blowing Smoke, will be one of the speakers along with other members of this joint effort.
