/Alameda City, CA Flavor Ban Second Meeting

As we announced last month, the City of Alameda had the first of its two planned meetings to discuss their intentions to introduce a flavor ban policy. Several options were presented based on distances of 300, 600 and 1000 feet along with impact on the existing retailers in the city. An additional meeting beyond the second one may be held but that’s not a certainty. In the meantime we would like to urge you to submit written comments to the city council at the contact details below to express your concerns about prohibiting the sale of flavored vapor products in the city and strongly recommend you attend the next meeting on September 10th at 9:00am at;
